How does the free plan work?
Free is genuinely free, with no card required. You get a basic safe-to-spend snapshot, limited history and a set number of AI questions, so you can get a feel for Spendle before deciding whether Plus or Pro is right for you.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your bank connection is read-only through Akahu, the regulated open-banking provider, and Spendle never sees or stores your bank login details. Every account has enforced two-factor authentication, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Read more about security.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by strict access controls. You can read more on our Security page.
Can I cancel any time?
Of course. There are no lock-in contracts. You can change plan or cancel whenever you like, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
How does the AI question limit work?
On the Free plan you get a set number of AI questions to try things out. On Plus and Pro, the AI coach is unlimited, so you can ask about your money as often as you like.
